X International Moscow Competition in Hifz and Qiraat of the Holy Qur'an

The 10^th International Koran  recitation  contest  was held in Moscow, June, 21. People from more than 20 countries participated in this event. The participants came from Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Malaysia, Algeria and other countries. There were 2 nominations in the contest: the reading and the recitation.

Bünyemin Topçuoğlu from Turkey became the winner in the first nomination, the prize for the best recitation came to Inatullo Raupov, Tajikistan. Russia muftis Council and the Secretary General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference Dr. Ekmeleddin Ihsanoğlu gave their patronage to the contest.

 

The Mardjani Foundation presented its collection of printed shamails there.
